If you wish to delete your Genxcellence Learning Hub account, follow the simple steps below. Please note that account deletion is permanent, and all associated data will be erased. Once deleted, you will no longer be able to log in or recover your account.
Steps to Delete Your Account:
1. Log In:
- Sign in to your account through the https://www.gacademiaportal.genxcellenceinc.com/home web portal.
2. Navigate to Profile Page:
- Go to the Profile page.
3. Click “Delete Account”:
- On the Profile page, you’ll see a “Delete Account” button.
- Click the button to initiate the deletion process.
4. Confirm Deletion:
- A confirmation popup will appear.
- Click “Yes” to confirm your choice.
What Happens After Deletion?
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently erased.
- You will be logged out immediately and will not be able to log in again.
- This action cannot be undone.
